It's a very quiet aera with 8x4m 1,6 m deep private swimming pool close to many Riviera places of interest and outdoor activities, golf, canyoning, ski. 30mn from Nice airport. Buses also available. The villa is facing south and offers a nice vue on Antibes and Cannes-Mandelieu. The house is fresh in summer. The main bedroom and the upper bedroom are climatised. The space The house, standing on a hillside facing south, is pleasant and cool in summer, with spacious rooms. The garden is about half an acre large, with olive trees, fruit trees, oleanders, palmtree and lavender. The main quality of the place is peacefullness quiet and a wonderful view. The terraced garden ensures privacy, but has an open outlook and offers an unbroken view on Cannes-Mandelieu and Antibes. On a clear day one can see Corsica. You are very close to places of interest and outdoor activities. Parking on property for one or two cars. You can use all the rooms but one wich is closed and the cellar. Except during rental time, we live in this house. There are 2 large bedrooms with a queen size bed on the ground floor (US firstfloor). One of these is climatised. In front of the second bathroom and shower, the upstairs bedroom, also climatised, has a single bed 90x190cm. Simple but practical and efficient equipment : Dishmachine, washmachine, deep-freeze, large gaz-electric cooker, 23liters electrical oven. Ikea and vintage furniture. 8x4m and 1,6m deep, fenced private swimming pool. Guest access There are two terraces : a large one on the ground floor, and a more secluded one on the first floor. I have a dog, but she is never allowed in the house and will anyway not be in the property during your stay. The fifty euros asked cover the cost of checking and maintaining the pool during your stay, so I would be grateful if you leave a fairly clean house. I trust you not to interfere with whatever is marked as personal. Any damage may involve costly repairs. Other things to note At the back of the property, a little hen house is home to hens and you are welcome to eat their eggs. At the far end of the chicken enclosure, you will see a bee hive. The bees are completely unaggressive and will not be a problem. An old pond was used as a water cistern and the numerous goldfish in it feed on mosquito larvae, which avoids mosquitoes. At the back of the house is a studio flat with a little garden-plot. A quiet and discreet men live here, who will take care of the hens and swimming pool during your stay. He parks his car at the entrance, like you, and has one dog but he has to keep her to his master's flat and garden. At the far end of the chicken enclosure, you will see one or two bee hive.
