The Piglet - tiny but perfectly formed!

The Piglet is a sweet little one room cottage in the heart of Bridge village just outside Canterbury. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in glorious countryside this the place for you! The space Located on a quiet lane this one room one bedroom cottage has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the upstairs bedroom and shower room are comfortable. The bed is a large double. Please let me know when you book if you would prefer the bedroom to be set up with 2 single beds. If you want to venture out then there are excellent local walks and pubs nearby, as well as the historic city of Canterbury, just a short bus ride away. Disclaimer 'The Piglet’ is just our family nickname for our little cottage. We are not formally affiliated or associated with The Pig at Bridge Place.  However, we are delighted to be their close neighbours and can wholeheartedly recommend that you visit. Why not take a stroll round the kitchen gardens then have drink and snack outdoors at their Garden Oven. The bar in the main house is open to non-residents from 11am and you will be made very welcome. If you want a table in their restaurant you will need to book -well in advance! Guest access You will have the place to yourself....enjoy! Other things to note If you arrive by car you can park on the lane or on the high street. Please avoid parking in the nearby private car parks all the spaces are allocated. The Piglet is part a terrace of little cottages. The walls are not thick so you may well hear our neighbours on either side.....and they may hear you😉
