Spacious top floor Suite with 2 full size beds in historical building centrally located in Center City Philadelphia with walking distance to Convention center and China Town restaurants. Easy access to interstate 95 and 676 for out of the city trips.Apartment suite is perfect for business trips, families with older children, or guests who want to share a suite but not a bed i.e. co-workers, friends, etc. The space Beautiful suite in one of Philadelphia's many Historical building structures. Our building has a private courtyard Patio that is shared with all Airbnb guests. Each suite is tailored for your vacation stay, business trip, or getaway. Provided is most essentials needed away from home. In the kitchenette you will find coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster oven, Brita water-filter in mini fridge, and some snacks to keep you happy. Parking is not provided so if you are traveling by car and need a place to park please refer to photos for parking info. We are located in a very convenient and desirable location within Center city that is within walking distance to The Convention center, Reading terminal food market, China town, Liberty hall or a short Uber/Lyft ride away to main attractions and eateries. keyless entry is provided for your convenience, but I am more than happy to give you a short walk through and introduction on request. Please feel free to sit and enjoy yourself in our well lit garden Patio, but be courteous of quiet hours and neighbors on opposite side of wall.
