The Den

The Den is an area separated from the main house by a sliding door. It has patio doors onto a small balcony providing its own ndependent access. Lovely garden. The 'kitchen' is limited and is part of the laundry room. It has a Meile oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and sink but not really suitable for big cook ups. Many buses to city centre. Easy access to the hills, Water of Leith, East and West Loithian and the airport if travelling by car. There is free parking. The space Comfortable, warm and newly refurbished. Guest access There is an independent entrance from the balcony at the back of the house. There is a largish bedroom with a kingsized bed and en suite shower room. From the bedroom there is a dining area and through double doors is a sink unit, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
