Chicken Coop Extraordinaire

Come roost in our chicken coop! DIRECT ACCESS TO OUR NATION'S LARGEST NETWORK OF PAVED TRAILS! Bike available to borrow. Boat available for a moonlit cruise. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. Modern amenities with 1 bedroom & roll away bed for an additional guest. Complete kitchen with milk, juice, oatmeal & farm fresh eggs! Campfire & gas grill available. Trailer parking. Shuttle to nearby restaurants for cyclists. The space A separate unit here on the farmstead with lots of privacy! Air conditioned and electric heat. One bedroom with a roll away bed for placement in the living room for an additional guest. There is 1/2 dozen bottles of water, 1/2 dozen farm eggs, oatmeal, milk and orange juice for each morning of your stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Because of damage done to the cottage by a prior guest we are implementing a new policy: IF YOU (or anyone in your group) ARRIVE SMELLING OF MARIJUANA THE SHERIFF WILL BE CALLED and you will not receive a refund for your reservation. Guest access Two minutes to a splash park and within in 20 minutes of so many places of entertainment in Yellow Springs, Beavercreek, Dayton, Fairborn and Wilmington. Only 15 minutes to the Historic Clifton Mill! Other things to note Dogs are not allowed in the bedroom and they must be crated at night or if you leave them alone in the coop. NO CATS Thank you!
