Family villa of a century with space for exclusive use for guests without hosts in between, we offer rooms and common areas to enjoy your relaxing stay and a natural environment. Availability of typical gastronomic experiences, winery routes, castles, natural parks, car rental at 15 min. and located very close (5-10 minutes) from Elda, Monovar and Petrel with local festivals of cultural interest. Easy highway access 25 minutes from Alicante, Elche and various beaches. Services and common areas The space At Guest's Choice we offer breakfast included from 8:30 to 10:00, as well as advice on any activity. We have available cards, Diana darts, rackets and badminton net, bicycles etc. Everything we offer in our photos. Everything is ready for your enjoyment. Guest access You have a large patio where it is very cool in summer, with large table to eat outside, you have a kitchen with living room and chimney, where you are very comfortable in winter next to the chimney fire. Outside you have large terraces next to the pool (pool all at your disposal too), where there is a barbecue and a wood-fired oven where very yummy pizzas are made. We have an orchard and a large pine forest. There is a closed house area that can accommodate more guests. During your stay The host is not present at the Villa during the guest stay, except to provide breakfast service at the request of the guests. But normally I am totally at your disposal within 10 minutes in case my presence is necessary, I am also available through my phone for any questions. I also offer airport transfers (25 min) and train station nearby. I can help with recommendation and contact for car rental reservations (agency just 15 minutes walking) as well as recommendation of restaurants in the area. With prior notice and due reservation, I can accompany you to tourist activities (6 places) of visits of Castles in the area, Churches, visits to wine cellars, routes through Alicante or towns in the area and access to the sports center of Monovar for activities sports (Tennis, paddle, Galotxas, football or soccer, swimming etc). For the last reservation and through the gastronomic club, culinary experiences typical of our area (Alicante rice, gazpachos, gatxamigas, traditional stews, as well as Italian or Japanese international food).
