CITRA 011026-LT-0017V The space The apartment of about 60 square meters is on the first floor of a manor house in S. Stefano di Magra, a medieval village in the province of La Spezia. WHAT THIS PLACE OFFERS Your newly built one-bedroom apartment boasts all the comforts you can look for in a vacation home. The living area is furnished with great care and combines family furniture with other modern pieces to give the space a touch of personality and warmth In the double room, you will find a bed with a topper to offer you maximum comfort and a spacious closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. OUTDOORS The large outdoor space, of about 3,000 square meters, consists of a well-kept garden with roses and seasonal flowers, an olive grove from which we make our wonderful oil, various fruit trees including apples, oranges, and lemons, and a small vegetable garden, cultivated in a completely organic way, the products of which we usually share with our guests. The queen of the garden is a large 5x10 meter in-ground POOL with a wide Roman staircase, perfectly sanitized and with water that is always crystal clear. Its use is SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU AND FOR THE PEOPLE FOR WHOM YOU HAVE BOOKED. Outside your apartment, there is a patio for your exclusive use with a dining table and chairs, an awning, a barbecue, an umbrella, and 2 loungers/sunbeds. At your disposal a designer living room located in the gazebo in front of the pool , ideal for your aperitifs or for reading and relaxing. Free Wi-Fi and car parking. The house is quite cool, but if you are hot, you can request that the air conditioning be turned on. The service can be activated at any time at a price of €7 per night. SURROUNDINGS You can use your car or use the bus lines to get to the nearby cities of Sarzana and La Spezia (just 7 km away ) and the renowned beaches of San Terenzo, Bocca di Magra and Marinella di Sarzana. The train station of Santo Stefano (400 meters from home) allows you to reach, with a journey of only 20 minutes, the famous 5 Terre but also important cities of art: Florence, Pisa, Lucca. Genoa, Parma, Portofino. Absolutely must visit Il Golfo dei Poeti with Portovenere, Lerici and the picturesque village of Tellaro but also the nearby Cave di Marmo di Carrara.
