Kitchen diner is well equipped with fridge, small ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave. When in St Austell, make for Mevagissey on the B3273. On the McDonalds double roundabout. After approx 2 miles you will come to London Apprentice, look for Wing Shed on the right, then cottages, Chapel building, some cottages, a bend. DO NOT GO UP ORCHARD LODGE STEEP DRIVE. On this bend is a lawn with trees and shrubs, a sign for Spindrift in a fir tree and HOLLY BANK at bottom of drive. Go up this steep drive, Holly Bank is the first property, go ahead and park on Spindrift gravel drive, at the end, reversed or drive in, in front of the greenhouse. The garages are the turning point for vehicles to exit the drive. Post code is PL26 7AR. This applies to all houses in London Apprentice. Do not park on Holly Bank drive. Other things to note On the Cornish Cycle Trail. Porthpean beach 3 miles, Charlestown harbour and beach 4 miles with many restaurants, Pentewan beach 2 miles with pub, shops and restaurants. Mevagissey harbour and village 4 miles with fishing trips, ferry to Fowey, pubs, restaurants. Holly Bank is opposite Kings Woods public amenity beside the river leading to Pentewan beach in AONB. Polgooth village 1 mile with post office shop, good pub, family play park with swings, slides etc. St Austell town rail and coach station 3 miles. Eden project 6 miles. Heligan gardens 3 miles. Bus stop at bottom of drive and a few yards, bring your bus pass if you have one.
