Villa with swimmingpool (whole house)

The villa is our family country house, it was built in 1848. Around it there'is a park of about 2 hectares. There is also a pinewood,with swimmingpool,on one side and a tennis court on the other. All rooms are very spacious and bright and each one has the own bathroom. The space the house can host large group of people, it's the perfect place where spend the holidays with your friends and with your children. ********************************************************************************************************* FINAL CLEANING and laundry are charged at €350,00 (up to 18 guests) to be paid in cash upon arrival. UTILITIES (gas, electricity, water) are paid cash according to actual consumption. On the ground floor there is also a small chapel which used to be the place where people would gather for mass on Sundays and other religious feasts. The house overlooks the road to Mottola on one side and the park on the other three sides. 9 Bedrooms, Sleeps 18 Ground and first floor: "Stanza dei Pini" - 1 Large Double Bed , cot can be added "Stanza delle Querce" - 1 Single Bed , 1 Large Double Bed , cot can be added "Stanza dei Lecci" - 1 Sofa bed/Futon , 1 Large Double Bed , cot can be added "Stanza dei Pozzi" - 2 Single Bed , bunk bed Second floor: "Stanza a Mezzescale" - 1 Single Bed "Stanza Celeste" - 1 Single Bed , 1 Large Double Bed "Stanza Rosa" - 1 Large Double Bed "Stanza Gialla" - 1 Large Double Bed , 1 Sofa bed/Futon "Stanza Verde" - 3 Single Bed , one bunk bed one single bed There are three bedrooms on the first floor (Stanza delle Querce, dei Lecci, dei Pini), five on the second floor (Stanza a Mezzescale, Celeste, Rosa, Gialla, Verde) and one on the ground floor (Stanza dei Pozzi), All bedrooms with a a double bed (see above) consist of a large room, a small dressing room and a private bathroom. The others are furnished with single beds or double-decker beds and have their private bathroom. Double beds can be converted into two single beds if required and in some rooms an extra bed or a cot can be added.
