The natural, organically produced wooden log cabin made of local Pillerseetal wood, the individual wooden log construction, the soundproof windows and doors, insulated with natural sheep wool. No pets The space Our chalet offers you: Approximately 95 sqm of living space on 2 levels with space for up to 6 people Spacious living/dining area with glass fireplace 2 bedrooms with exclusive furnishings, as well as box spring beds 2 bathrooms toilet urinal/shower, double sink Fully equipped kitchen with cooking island (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge with freezer, etc.) Large balcony, approx. 12 sqm and terrace with garden, each covered Free use of the barrel sauna and barbecue hut, as well as free Wi-Fi Carport use and an additional parking space free of charge, ski cellar - ski boot dryer, visitor's tax 2.80 per day/person to be paid in cash after arrival Guest access Facilities - Ground floor: A large living room with a living area (sofa bed for 2 people) and cable TV/flat screen TV, separated by a modern fireplace with panoramic glass panes. On the ground floor, there is complete underfloor heating. The spacious dining area with wooden table, bench and the modern, coordinated kitchen with cooking island invites you to a cozy "family dinner". Relax and enjoy with a view through the large window fronts into nature and the mountains. Cozy relaxation in our wooden house - in the chalet KARIN, in summer the meadows in their blossom splendor appear endless, so in the cold season it seems as if the guest in the tranquility of winter hears the snow fall. In your own chalet - the luxury to touch Facilities - Upper floor: Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, all equipped with cable TV. Each bedroom is individually and lovingly furnished with a spacious wardrobe, a box spring bed and bedside table. The beds are made with linen; hand and shower towels are provided. The rustic bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and stone double sink, as well as a hairdryer. From the two bedrooms, an exit to the approx. 12 m2 covered balcony is possible. There is a comfortable wall heater in the bedroom area. Coziness in the family circle. Hospitality consists of warmth, enjoyment and a cozy atmosphere. Before your arrival, we will ask for a deposit of 200 euros - you will receive this back before your departure, provided everything has been left in the same condition as it was handed over!
