No local guests, our property is available to international and out of town traveler’s. The space My home is quietly located on Irondequoit bay but most importantly just a mile up the road is the express way. It’s easily accessible. Within 7 minutes you can be in Rochester, within 5 minutes you can be on the east side and within 10 minutes you can be in the west suburbs. Just up the road (1 mile) is our local grocery store Wegmans. This even comes complete with heated flooring! An absolute stunning location! Anything else just ask :) Guest access Guests can access the main floor (kitchen, great room, porch, dining room and laundry room) and the ground floor. They have entire use of the dock area and the back yard. I ask that they do not come to the 3rd floor as that is where I live. During your stay I live on the premise on the third floor!
