A parking space awaits you You will be at the edge of the forest while being 10' by foot from the old town (5' by bike), 20' by foot from the station but also 20' by car from the ski resort of Semnoz. Not suitable for wheelchairs. The space If you want to enjoy a very beautiful but very touristic city while being quiet, this is the place to come! You will be woken up by the sound of birds as it will only take you 10 'on foot to reach the old town! The perfect combo. 🚿 A beautiful walk-in shower will then be waiting for you when you come back from your walk in order to relax! 🕶 And you can lounge on the sofa in the sun or in the comfortable top armchair if you want to read a little. Several supermarkets in the area (Intermarché, Lidl, ALDI, grand frais) and a market 3-time a week (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday - place Sainte Claire). Other things to note I'm trying to reduce my waste so you'll find a small compost bin. The compost is just below the building! A small gesture for the planet.
