Located minutes from Zurich Airport first bus runs at 5.11am taking no more than 10 minutes. Superb connections to Zurich main station only 12 minutes away on the train. Public transport just around the Corner. Good choice of local restaurants Free parking directly on the drive Kitchen is for private use. The space The space is unique and private to the rest of the house, spacious, quiet and modern, almost like a small studio apartment. The shower area is large and newly renovated, with power shower. The toilet is also newly renovated and seperate. The space I offer including the shower and toilet are for guests only. Guests are provided with a kettle along with coffee, snacks and bottled water. Guests are welcome to use the garden and the large covered patio area, which is a great way to unwind after a long day exploring. Parking is directly in front of house and free of Charge. If guests have a late flight and wish to leave their luggage after check out they may do so. Where possible, guests may also drop off luggage should they arrive early. Although we are very close to the city centre, we are situated in a QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. Therefore, if you wish to be directly in the city centre then this IS NOT the right choice for you. Train services are also available from the airport for day trips such as Reinfall, Sāntis, Rigi etc. Zurich main station is very accessible taken only 12 minutes on the train from Zurich Airport. Please bring house shoes as outdoor shoes are not permitted on the upper floors. The is kitchen is for private use only. If you wish to cook please do not cook this space. Guest access Guests may Access most parts of the house except the upper floors. There is a large garden/Patio area that is available to them, should they choose to sit outside on a nice evening. ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF THE KITCHEN. TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SPACE IF YOU WISH TO COOK. During your stay Im normally around 24/7 should someone have any questions regarding excursions, eating out etc.... Other things to note For reasons of hygiene please bring house shoes. Outdoor shoes and hiking boots are not permitted on the upper floors. Some guests check out very early. Therefore, I do not include breakfast in the price. However, coffee, snacks and bottled water are provided.
