Furnished 3-star apartment on the ground floor with a terrace and a small, quiet and relaxing Zen garden. In the city center, a short walk to the old market hall and 500 meters from the leisure center, you can get around on foot. A large living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, and a large fitted kitchen. Ideally located on the border of the Gers department: 45 min from Toulouse, 35 min from Montauban and Auch, 20 min from Golfech and the highway, 50 min from Toulouse. Sleeps 3. NON-SMOKING GÎTE Bed linens provided The space Le Despeyrous consists of a large living room equipped with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a 90-cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. The added bonus for this rental = a terrace overlooking a small, extraordinary garden that is quiet and relaxing, where giants stroll, and a fountain with its splashing water. The terrace and garden access are open during the summer, from June to September. Only bed sheets are provided. Baby welcome: one spot Guest access Le Despeyrous is located on the ground floor of a large family house where we ourselves live upstairs. The entrance and garden are shared by our two families. A private terrace for your rental, open only from June to September, and earlier if weather permits. In 2026: opening in April... Let's hope the good weather continues. We welcome guests ourselves. Other things to note Unfortunately, due to the inconsiderate behavior of some guests, we charge a cleaning fee, which does not exempt you from leaving the cottage clean and tidy as you found it upon arrival. During the winter months, the rate includes 8 kWh of electricity per day, which is more than enough to cover a winter stay. Any excess is at your expense (based on meter readings). The electricity and water meters are read upon arrival and departure. We still have to deal with the inconsiderate behavior of some people.
