Our house is 1 block from Paonia town park so you can easily enjoy the events that happen there. We are 5 blocks from downtown so you can walk or ride bikes to the restaurants, brewery, music, conferences, and festivals. If you have an electric vehicle, we have a charger! The space The bed in this guest room is a nice queen size Tuft and Needle brand mattress that is very popular with our guests. If you need more than one bed, this room has a futon type couch that can fit one additional guest in your room. (Please note that each additional guest has a small fee) If you want more than one bed, we have an additional room. The flower themed room is our other private room. We are quiet and peaceful. (Well, there is an occasional train whistle but its very short). We employ quiet hours from 10pm to 8 am. You can enjoy our patio while you are here. We provide a mini-fridge, drinking water, fan/ heat (depending on time of year), hangers, high-speed internet/wifi, iron, chairs, hair dryer, etc. If you need anything let us know. Our mission is to provide you with a great place to stay during your visit to the Paonia area. We will respect your space and privacy and are available if you need anything. Guest access Enter through the back door and go downstairs. Guest access includes your bedroom, shared guest bathroom (if any other guests), the common room, and the backyard. Smoke outside only, 25 feet from entrance, windows, doors. During your stay I am home alot and always available by text so if you need anything don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note Since I am sensitive I request that if you smoke, use perfume or spray deodorant that you do so outside only. Let us introduce you to our dog Lucy before you enter the yard or house so she knows you and isn't surprised to see you in the house - just give a heads up on arrival time. She is sweet and if she hasn't met you first she might bark.
