Come and celebrate the holidays in this modern 3 bedroom and 2 full bath single level house has vaulted ceilings, open kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, washer and dryer. The house is fully furnished and equipped throughout, including two flat screen TVs with Netflix, roku, and a large collection of movies and shows, wireless WiFi internet. No live TV available. A small privately fenced backyard. Sleeps 6 (two queen sized beds and one set of single bunk beds). We have a very strict policy on the number of guests staying at the house. It is a maximum of 6 guests unless otherwise approved by the owner. On site parking in a quite friendly neighborhood. Sorry, no smoking or pets, owner has allergies. House is very clean. Two night minimum on weekends; please inquire about our weekly and monthly rentals available at a discount rate. House conveniently located near shopping center, outdoor green spaces, 3 miles from OSU, and more (see "Getting Around" section below for more information). Next to a scenic guided wetland, duck pond park and playground with a long wide walk/bike path that connects to the city or nearby forest parks. This vacation rental is a great house located in a newer developed neighborhood surrounded by many amenities. Just two miles from the Oregon State University campus or a 15 minute bike ride through a scenic bike path (campus way). Walking distance to the shopping center, restaurants, groceries. Just a short walking distance from the new modern neighborhood playground, an additional park with a duck pond, an amphitheater with community events, and the city community garden. Located just behind a scenic self guided wetland, and a big open softball field. You will find the Oregon coast just under an hour away! Plenty of forest trails to hike or mountain bike. In less than 5 minutes away you will find Bald Hill Park or the OSU McDonald Forest trails. Take a short drive to the top of the tallest peak in the Oregon coast (Mary's Peak) for a breathtaking view of the valley. Easy access to bike paths that could take you all over Corvallis! The bus runs up and down Country Club Drive and 49th st. frequently to OSU campus and downtown (near public library). No parties or events. 4 car max allowed at the house. Please do not park more than 2 cars on the driveway, you will be blocking the sidewalk path. However, there is plenty of parking on the street. The garage is not available. NO PETS. Please be sure you indicate the number of guests that are going to be staying at the house when you reserve the house since there are additional fees after 4 guests.
