The space The accommodation is located in the heart of a beautiful 50-hectare agroforestry estate, located in the Sierra de Córdoba, and populated by large trees (cork oaks, chestnut trees, holm oaks, pines, olive trees, etc.) The accommodation is only a 25-minute drive (12 km) from the city. Being in the Sierra, in summer there is between 4 and 8 degrees less temperature than in the city! The objective of the accommodation is to make the management of the farm economically sustainable, where the primary and tertiary sectors are compatible for that purpose. Thus, the guest, with his rental, contributes to making the care of said forest sustainable, whose management is focused on protecting it from fire while promoting great biodiversity. Guest access In the common areas, about 75 meters away, there is the pool and terrace with incredible views of Córdoba. You can walk around almost the entire property. The pool, terrace and the rest of the property are shared with other guests. As the property is large enough, guests can always enjoy adequate tranquility. Other things to note The place is inside a forest estate. To access it, you have to drive about 650 meters on a dirt road that is passable for cars. The place is located in a unique forest area of great beauty and sensitivity, and therefore certain rules must be followed: - No smoking. - No barbecues. - On Fridays, Saturdays and holidays, you cannot walk around the property after dark without authorization because sometimes wild boar hunting is carried out. - Pets are not allowed -Only people registered in the reservation will be able to access the accommodation, so you cannot invite outsiders.
