**BREAKFAST INCLUDED - Let yourself be seduced by the calm and comfort of our GUEST ROOM in the heart of the vineyard! We are ideally located 5 minutes from CLISSON and 35 minutes from PUY du FOU. Breakfast is included in the price! With its generous area (35 m2), small living room, and light, the room has everything to seduce you! For even more comfort, it has 2 large separate bedrooms and a separate shower room. The space This room is ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple and their children! The first bedroom includes a 160 × 200 cm queen size double bed and the second bedroom includes 2 90 × 200 cm twin beds. It is possible to add an extra mattress or 1 baby bed in the bedroom of your choice. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a walk-in shower! The accommodation is totally independent (The owner lives in another part of the house). The guest room is perfectly equipped: - towels provided - bed linens provided - hair dryer - Wi-Fi - At your disposal in the room on the ground floor to help you with a few meals (be careful as it is a guest room and not a cottage, it is not a real kitchen): stove, sink, fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils. --------------------------------------- BREAKFAST is served in the room provided for this purpose on the ground floor of your room. In summer, you can enjoy a sunny breakfast on the outdoor terrace (weather permitting). It is served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., times to be confirmed on the day of your arrival with Mrs. Fleurance. Choice of: Tea/Coffee/Herbal Tea/Chocolate/Milk – pastries – juice – homemade jams – fresh bread – etc... Guest access Your room is private and set apart from the family property. Access is completely independent. If you wish, you can enjoy our terrace and family garden (swing for children). The bedroom is upstairs and is accessed via a staircase. (Not suitable for people with reduced mobility). During your stay The guest room has been managed since 2006 by Bénédicte (the daughter) and Marie-Thérèse Fleurance (the mother) who lives there.
