Millstone Gite 2, two bed apartment + shared pool

A contemporary first floor, barn conversion apartment, consisting of 2 separate Gites beside each other. This apartments is self-contained, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, wheelchair access bathroom, spacious lounge/diner with sofa bed, french TV (TNT) + U.K. Sky TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, condiments and all basic needs. There is a communal roof terrace, overlooking the countryside with outside seating + shared swimming pool with sun terrace. The space The Millstone Gites are positioned just outside Rochechouart in the Charente, 30 minutes from Limoges airport, the Millstone Gites are nestled in a quiet village overlooking the rural views. Both the Gites have everything you need for a comfortable stay including sheets, pillows, tea towels, fans. The shared communal space and swimming pool are family friendly. Breakfast menus available on request. Pool towels are not provided. Sorry but we do not accept pets. Their is no smoking inside the building Guest access Both Gites have disability and wheelchair access into the apartments, however, Millstone Gite 1 does not have a wheelchair friendly bathroom. Both Gites can be booked together for 10 guests or individually for 5 guests if needed. Other things to note Smoking only available on the roof terrace, if smoking occurs inside €250 cleaning fee Please respect other guests who may be staying in the apartment next door. Quiet times 11pm-7am. Pool hours 9.30am-9pm during May, June, July, August, September (weather dependant) No glass around pool. No pool inflatables. Please clean BBQ after use. no cleaning fee so please leave it as you find it ( or fee of €50 will be applied )
