The space The original village Estellencs in the Tramuntana mountains is a perfect spot for touring the island or to relax in this comfotable high-quality house in the hands of our family since 3 generations. The House: During your stay you have the house for yourself exclusively for your use. The whole house has airconditon/centralheating. The entrance will lead you directly into the living/kitchen area. Basement spaceous livingspace with comfy sofas and fireplace, 2 dining places each for 8 and the kitchen with the beautiful marble counter 1. Floor Here you will find the first 2 bedrooms, one facing north (the only 1 without a bath), the other south, like in all the other floors as well. All the beds in the house are 140 cm wide. 2. + the 3. Floor with another 2+2 bedrooms 4. Floor terrasse with 360 Grad view to mountain and sea and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue and dining table for 8 In front of the house you find the pantry with washing machine and dryerYou find 6 rooms with double beds on 3 floors. We have just carefully renovated it to meet the modern standards. We still love to use it with the family for weekends, but keep it free of personal belongings. If you are renting the house fully for a whole family, led us know and we might find a price that fits your needs. As a booking guest, you always have the sole right of use. The house is suitable for 1 - 6 persons, with a number of beds of 7 double beds in 5 bedrooms. We can provide 1 baby crib on request. For the basic price up to max. 2 guests, we always open 2 bedrooms, One on the 1st floor with 1 double bed and 1 room on the 3rd floor with 2 double beds, both with en-suite bathroom, the lower one with bathtub. Furthermore, the living room on the first floor, with American kitchen and dining area and 1 guest toilet, as well as the roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, are of course always at your disposal. In summer, the house usually remains pleasantly cool and in winter you can enjoy the protection of the walls, some of which are 1/2 m thick, and create a cozy atmosphere with the fireplace (it is protected by a glass door) in addition to the air conditioning. Opposite the house there is a laundry room with dryer. Bed linen and towels are available in the house. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Guest access You will have the house for your own use exclusively. It is suitable for 2-3 couple, or an adult family gathering or just some friends enjoying to relax, hike, bike, swim or explore the island. Other things to note Since July 2016, we have to pay a tourist tax of 2 € per guest (from May to October) and 1 € (from November to April) per night and ask you to leave this in cash at the end of your stay in the kitchen, in the small 'cash box' provided for this purpose. I will write you the exact amount, because it is a bit complicated ..... In addition, since 2021 we have unfortunately had to charge an additional €5 per day for electricity costs, as these have also risen sharply here in Spain and the house is heated and cooled electrically by the air conditioning.
