Delightful villa, much-loved by its owners. Spacious, private and very peaceful, located in Monte Judeu with a large swimming pool, mature gardens and a private astro turf tennis court and garden greenery views. The space The villa has an extensive floor space of 370 sq meters, offering a vast open-plan living area with a full size saline swimming pool table, 2 seating areas and sliding doors onto a veranda and outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 private bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a private adjoining apartment which is self contained, comfortable sleeping 10 guests, plus children with the option of 2 bunk beds ideal for children. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room and a terraced veranda with far reaching views, popularly used for large family meals. In addition to the main villa, there is a self contained apartment, sleeping up to 4 people with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The swimming pool measures 13 x 6 metres and 1.85 metres deep, with 12 comfortable sun loungers, pool toys and football goal ends. The BBQ area has a built in twin BBQ, separate outdoor dining area and a full size ping pong table. The villa gate has a kock and is surrounded by garden making it a very safe and secluded space where you can walk, lie in the hammock and pick oranges (seasonal variation). A walk down the garden takes you to the astro turf tennis court, fully equipped with used rackets and balls. You will find all the amenities you require including WI-FI internet, fresh linen and towels, adaptors, pool toys, cards, board games and TV/music. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, swimming pool, veranda, balconies, all-surrounding garden, tennis court, table tennis, BBQ, private driveway and parking for up to 5 cars. The garden is part landscaped and the villa is set in a total of 2 acres. Natural surroundings and complete privacy. FAQ what type of coffee machines does the villa have? there are 2 coffee machines here. One that takes number 4 filter size and that uses ground coffee. The other takes Delta Q capsules. Please bring with you. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have accessibility access. There are no steps to these rooms. Other things to note A total of 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - extremely spacious with two single foam mattress beds, open ended bed, separate dressing room with built in wardrobes, private bathroom (bath and shower), private balcony and far reaching views. Bedroom 2 with double foam mattress bed, open ended en-suite bathroom and sliding doors onto veranda. Bedroom 3 with 2 single foam mattress beds beds enclosed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds, beds envlosed and en-suite bathroom. Studio Apartment with 2 single beds, open ended (all beds are memory foam) and bunk beds, kitchenette (cutlery and accessories are shared with the villa kitchen) and en-suite bathroom. Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, airfryer microwave, oven, halogen hob with air extractor, dishwasher, long table and benches. There is also a reverse osmosis drinking water fountain. Utility Room: Washing machine and family size drying horse and washing line in garden. Living Room. Double size Living Room with double set of sliding doors, leading to dining area veranda with views and down to the pool. The livingroom has a TV, CD player and full size pool table. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Linens, bath towels and pool towels are all provided. Amenities/Facilities: Barbecue, Swimming Pool with blow up beds, toys and books, Astro turf tennis court, Full size Pool table and Ping Pong table, Parking, Large Garden. a reverse osmosis water filter in the main kitchen, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron and board, Hair dryer, Microwave, Oven, Baby bath, Baby pot, Washing Machine. Air Conditioning in bedrooms, push chair, Internet Access (fastest in the area, given the location), internet TV. Astro turf tennis court has fine sand on it, please make sure that you have the correct sports shoes when on c ourt. The pool is cleaned once a week, from time to time a few dead leaves may well find their way to the bottom. The only way for a totally clean pool would be to have staff present daily.
