Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people! The space Comfortable living room, two Sonos loudspeaker, free strong WiFi, TV (245 programms) Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and many more). For musicians: there is a piano in the apartment which can be used as long as you treat it nicely (it is a well-kept top line Yamaha SU-series)... The second bedroom is an alcove which requires climbing up a ladder. The alcove is very cosy and comfortable but the climb is not practical for small kids or elderly people (see pictures of ladder and alcove). Guest access The apartment is fully yours. I am available if you need help but won't be around otherwise. Other things to note Big room in the basement for skis, bikes etc. Washing machine available. Parking space for 2 cars included (both outdoor) The tourist tax is included in the price!
