Stylish Beach house Studio overlooking the stunning bay 3 mins walk to an excellent pub or 2 fab beach cafes Amazing views from every window & you can hear, see and smell the salty sea from your comfy bed ! Relax & watch a beautiful sunset over the sea with a drink or bbq in your own garden area with its bench & table Self contained with key Venture out to the beach & watch the surfers climb the coastal path & discover a secluded bay Or explore a woodland walk … Just enjoy beautiful Cornwall The space The studio is a private stylish space with separate key entrance plus a small kitchenette area with microwave, fridge and a tiny one ring electric hob There is a small comfy sofa next to an electric ‘lookie likey ‘wood-burner The windows and double doors overlook a small seating area and out onto the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean Note that the lifeguards cottage shares access to the road but the Beach house studio plus garden area is private Guests often comment that the views are stunning You can actually see and hear the waves from your bed ! The sun sets over the sea in summer and the Cornish light attracts artists and photographers alike…. Perfect for stargazing on a clear evening The excellent local pub and beach cafes are 3 minutes walk and we are very close to the cute harbour village Boscastle . Our local town is Bude and we are a short drive to Port Issac (famous for TV series Doc Martin )and Nathan outlaw’s fish restaurants or to Padstow where you can visit Rick Stein’s food empire or to celebrated chef Paul Ainsworth for a special occasion also great for mooching around the shops or buying a pasty and watching the bobbing boats Also We are fortunate to have a well stocked friendly village community shop in higher Crackington haven village Guest access Your gate on the road is shown with the photographs of property, PLEASE study the check in photos ( screen shots are useful) and details closely to find our location as we can be easily missed The property can be seen from the road on the right if you are looking from the beach Access is gained from the side BEACH HOUSE gate on Mill Ball Hill, just 2 minutes from the Beach. There are a few steep steps up to the property Parking will need to be made just further up the steep hill on the road side (nearby you will see the entrance to a farmyard barn) Bear in mind that mobile reception is erratic due to coastal location so make sure you look up directions in advance as we are not always here to meet and greet . Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties as the hill is quite steep... but worth it for the views! Other things to note Heating and hot water are on timer switches.hot shower is a constant. Internet and mobile phone signal available but can occasionally be slow. No t.v ! Small towels provided however if you are coast path walkers let me know if you want bigger towels The room has basic facilities with milk tea and coffee provided,also as mentioned the local cafes are fabulous The excellent Coombe Barton pub serves dinner until 7.30 every day except on Sunday when they have a brilliant lunch menu we recommend that you phone in advance to book a table as they can be very busy We can always provide groceries if you are SWCP walkers in need of sustenance ! We are strictly non smoking
