Cozy attic apartment in Rustico with terrace

Our old stone house with 2 apartments is located in the Centovalli. Enjoy "Dolce far niente" on the terrace, hike the valleys or visit the market in Italy. The space In the tranquil Lionza in Centovalli, not far from the Italian border, we rent this 2 ½-room apartment in the upper part of our rusticos. This apartment is located on the top floor and is divided into a living/dining area, a separate bedroom, and a small bathroom with a sit-down bathtub. The apartment offers four sleeping options: a double bed (160 × 200) in the bedroom and a good, large double sofa bed (140 × 200) in the living/dining area. The open-plan kitchen is simple but equipped with everything you need. In the Swedish stove, you can heat with wood at colder temperatures. From there, you have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains opposite. Under the pergola covered with grapes and kiwis is a large stone table. In the garden of the second apartment, there is a herb garden that all guests are allowed to use. Guests have access to deck chairs, a grill, umbrella and a washing machine. Bed linens and terry towels are also available. It is important to us to offer our guests everything we want for ourselves on our vacations! Other things to note Our house was lovingly built by our parents themselves over the years. Therefore, we expect that you will handle the house and the entire inventory with care. If there are also guests in the second apartment, this will of course also be taken into consideration. The house is old and accordingly a bit noisy. Our house is definitely the wrong place to party.
