Featuring 2 expansive balconies with sweeping views, my condo sleeps 4-6 comfortably and is situated right in the heart of San Diego's most desirable neighborhood, Little Italy. My penthouse sleeps 4-6 people comfortably within two bedrooms - both equipped with memory foam mattresses (the Primary is a Sleep Number bed) - and a comfortable bunk bed off of the living space. The bunk bed is a full on the bottom and a single up top, perfect for the kids or just sleeping an extra couple of people. The primary bedroom features an on-suite full bath, as well as a spacious walk in closet providing plenty of room to unpack and stay for a while and of course, gorgeous views. The secondary bedroom has its own private patio with loungers for afternoon sunning and additional seating for friends as well as a closet to store belongings. There is also a secondary full bath off of the living room. The living room features a whopping 85 inch smart OLED TV (please use appropriate volume and be respectful of my neighbors). The expansive bi-folding doors open my entire space up to the largest private patio Downtown San Diego has to offer. The views and the San Diego skyline and San Diego Bay from the patio, especially at sunset, are incredible and will leave you in awe. Grab a drink or something to eat, sit down, and relax at either the high-top table or the outdoor sectional. Watch the sunset, the cruise ships departing, or the firework shows over the Harbor. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the common kitchen essentials including: a Keurig, a pour over coffee maker, flatware, glassware, and cookware, oil, salt, and pepper, you'll be able to whip up something delicious! The large kitchen island provides a great space to work or chow down but if that doesn't work for you, head over to the dining table that seats up to 6! The kitchen also is equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience! Pets are not allowed under any circumstances due to pet allergies. This is an urban setting situated within a more quiet part of Little Italy – due to it being a densely populated area with flight paths nearby, outside noise is to be expected and is typical for the area. Light sleepers may be bothered by the air traffic. The airport and flight traffic is closed* from 11:30pm-6:00am. *(Late or delayed flights may rarely pass through during the closed period).
