The self contained open-planned chalet is located at the bottom of our quiet and peaceful garden with its own patio area and private secure entrance. On road parking is ample and free. The space The chalet is open-planned and situated at the bottom of our quiet and peaceful garden with its own patio area and private secure entrance. It features two single beds a kitchen area with all basic cooking utensils (toaster kettle microwave oven, fridge) and shower room. A fold up bed can be provided for a third person if required for a fee of £ 17.00 per night. We do not provide breakfast, however a varied selection of teas, coffee milk and sugar is available in the chalet for the use of our guest. On road parking is ample and free. Near to the historic city of Brighton, with its many cafes and restaurants, as well the the glorious South Downs National Park. There are many picturesque villages within a short distance drive or easily accessible by public transport. To visit Brighton is simple : 8 minutes walk to the bus stop and then it takes about 25 minutes...traffic dependent , or a 10min walk to Southwick Station and then a 10 minute train journey. A selection of maps, time tables and tourist information is provided in the chalet. Other things to note Smoking is allowed in the garden. Complimentary coffee , tea, milk and sugar is supplied for our guests.
