The Cosy Cottage

Cosy Cottage is a stylish home in the heart of the quaint Norfolk village of Litcham. Our beautifully refurbished house includes a large open Lounge and Dining room with a Log-Burning Stove and period features throughout. There is a well-laid-out, functional kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a King-Size bed and 2 single beds that will comfortably sleep 4. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages. The space The property is nestled in the heart of the quaint village of Litcham, which boasts a family pub, Fish & Chip Shop, Deli and well-stocked village shop. In the living room: Period features include; wooden floorboards, a large sash window with period shutters, smart TV, and super cosy log-burning stove. Dining Room: Large table that will seat 6 guests comfortably, traditional pantile floor and large sash windows. Our Kitchen is modern, with high-quality appliances, electric oven, microwave, and coffee machine. We have done our best to think of everything you will need for your stay. We will also provide tea bags, milk, and condiments for you to use during your trip. We also have a downstairs toilet, and large entrance hallway. Upstairs; Head upstairs onto the large gallery landing. Straight ahead, you will be met with our stylish bathroom that includes; Rainfall shower, Mixer Taps and large Savoy wash basin. Bedroom 1: King-size adjustable double bed with ample clothes storage. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and matching bedside tables. Guest access The entire property will be available for our guests to use Other things to note We very much welcome dogs into our house, as dog owners ourselves, we know how great the area is for fantastic walks! We do ask that dogs stay downstairs, and do not go on the furniture, and we also ask that dogs are not left unattended in the house during the day.
