The apartment is located about 200 meters from the sea, with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with three beds), a kitchen-living room (complete with a double sofa bed), 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor, outside the house, complete with: sink, shower, toilet and bidet and one in the house complete as the first+ washing machine), terrace and balconies with a fantastic sea view. The space The accommodation is in a complex of 4 independent apartments belonging to members of the same family and is located in a small village with other private homes, called "Costiera degli Dei", with parking in the courtyard inside the village. Guest access In the complex of the four apartments there is a fenced inner courtyard where children can safely play. Other things to note The village is mainly inhabited by local families, only a few apartments are intended to be rented.
