A short distance away are the Basilica of Loreto, Recanati, the Conero Riviera and some of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The name derives from the homonymous 18th-century fountain that can still be visited today, which in the past was used to water animals, and where women went to wash their laundry. The villa has a fenced garden that overlooks the terrace on the rolling Marche hills and enjoys excellent privacy. The interiors have been recently renovated, featuring typical wooden beams and restored antique furniture, maintaining the warm and rustic flavor of the typical Marche farmhouses. Casa la Concia consists of two independent apartments, making it ideal for groups of friends or families. The veranda in the garden is perfect for getting together and eating outdoors while enjoying a magnificent view. The "Cantina" apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a living room/kitchen overlooking the furnished veranda, for the exclusive use of the apartment.
