AN APARTMENT WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS IN VALLE DE TENA

Beautiful apartment completely surrounded by nature and with stunning views of Peña Telera, the Búbal reservoir and the Panticosa ski resort. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential complex (with few cars). The space It has a double bedroom with a 1.50m bed, a bedroom with 3 90cm beds in a train composition, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a 27m² living room with a 1.40m sofa bed, a fireplace and the front of the living room with windows overlooking the mountain, and a fully equipped kitchen with large appliances (refrigerator, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and microwave), with small appliances (toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron). It also has all kinds of kitchenware; plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pans, pots, pans. The apartment also has bed linen and towels, as well as a clothes rack and ironing board. The living room also has a flat-screen TV and home cinema. We've just installed fiber, so you can access Wi-Fi. We have collections of magazines and books, and most importantly for the kids: a lot of games and toys for them. In addition, the apartment has an 11m² terrace with garden furniture, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in a quiet atmosphere and with spectacular views. Finally, we provide customers with a covered parking space. Guest access The apartment's tenants can use the community pool (in principle, during July and August and with a usage permit document from us), as well as the multi-sports soccer-basketball court (no paddle access). They can also access the changing room area, where there is a foosball table and a ping pong table. A covered parking space is also available. Other things to note Below are some activities to do with children (depending on the different seasons of the year). - Panticosa Footbridges. Only for children over 7 years old. A walkway (approximately 800 meters) along the walls of the canyon formed by the Caldarés River. - Lacuniacha wildlife park (in Piedrafita de Jaca). Biopark where you can find representations of both flora and fauna of the different species that inhabit or once inhabited the Pyrenees (hollies, Scots pines, beech, birch, oak, sarsan, lynx, wolves, bears, bison, etc.). - Suscalar Pier (in the Lanuza reservoir), where you can practice water-related activities (kayaks, paddle-surfing, canoes...). - Tena Valley Zip-line (in Hoz de Jaca). The longest double zip line in Europe (950m), and which starts from a height of more than 1200m, flying over the Búbal reservoir. - "El Sarrio de Panticosa" high mountain train. It leaves from Panticosa and takes us to the impressive "Valle de la Ripera", where we can do many signposted routes, and in summer time bathe in the different pools that we find along the way. - "El Sarrio de Tramacastilla de Tena" high mountain train. It leaves from Tramacastilla and goes up to the "Ibón de las Paules" through a landscape with unforgettable views. - Biecas Aventura. It is the largest zip-line park in the Pyrenees and is located in Biescas. It has different circuits (various difficulties). It also offers the possibility of other mountain activities depending on the time of year (canyoning, via ferrata, climbing peaks, snowshoeing, etc.). - Panticosa cable car. The lift starts from the same village and in about 15 minutes reaches 1900m in height. On the way, you can enjoy spectacular views. Once there, we have different excursions to make (ibones, viewpoints, routes...). This is a small summary of the activities that we can do in the valley, although there are many more; paragliding, quads, buggies, 4x4 routes, horseback riding, climbing, hiking...
