A spacious, single-story house surrounded by meadows and fields, officially rated as a 4-star "Meublé de Tourisme" (furnished tourist accommodation). Serene and peaceful, both inside and out! The space Property Description The accommodation is filled with natural light, and every bedroom offers unobstructed views of the rolling countryside. Sleeping Arrangements Master Suite: Features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a baby cot, with private ensuite access to a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: Equipped with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into two twin beds (80x200 cm). Bedroom 3: Includes two single beds (100x190 cm) and an extra guest bed. Bedroom 4: Features a king-size bed (180 cm, convertible into 2x90 cm) and a private vanity unit with a wardrobe. Bathrooms & Comfort In addition to the wheelchair-accessible walk-in shower with toilet, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub and there is a separate toilet. The bedrooms are fitted with underfloor heating, while the rest of the house uses electric radiators and a pellet stove in the living area. Thanks to the thick stone walls and insulated attic, the house remains naturally cool in the summer—no air conditioning required! Connectivity & Technology Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Ethernet ports in the bedrooms allow for local area networking (LAN). Living area features a TV with Orange Fiber service. Kitchen & Dining A fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances provided: toaster, kettle, coffee maker (with washable filter), blender, food processor, and pressure cooker. The dining area comfortably seats 8 to 10 guests. Outdoors The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a plancha grill. Perfectly positioned to catch the sun, the house overlooks farmland, making it an ideal vantage point for observing nature and local wildlife. Guest access We will be there to welcome you in person and show you a few things about how the house works (such as the underfloor heating, pellet stove, and motorized awning).
