Casa Pot is an oasis of relaxation and tranquility, located between the gulfs of Palermo and Cefalù. This delightful villa overlooks a small valley, offering enchanting views and ample space ideal for pleasant stays. The property is suitable for both couples and families with children, representing a strategic point to visit most of Sicily. A place that invites discovery and well-being, perfect for those who want to combine relaxation and exploration. The space The apartment is spread over two floors: on the upper floor there is a large attic where I live, while on the ground floor there are spaces reserved for guests. The latter includes a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a double sofa bed. Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely veranda with a large kitchen, enclosed with glass doors. The veranda is airy, with attention to detail and entirely available for guests' use, without sharing it with others. A large garden surrounds the house, offering several areas ideal for reading or enjoying a good aperitif. The terrace at the back, shared with me, offers a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the sea. In these outdoor spaces, guests can also meet Tuma, our sweet little dog. The laundry area is located in a small building adjacent to the house, also shared with me. In addition, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, reserved exclusively for guests. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hairdryer, drying rack, hot water, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils, deckchairs and barbecue. The spacious terrace, overlooking the valley and with a sea view, offers a truly evocative panorama. Guest access Upon your arrival, I will be happy to welcome you personally. You will have a large private parking lot within the property, a terrace at the entrance to the apartment and a surrounding garden with relaxation areas, including deck chairs, a hammock and a swing. You will have access to the entire ground floor of the apartment, including the kitchen and outdoor spaces. You will share the house with me, as I live in the attic, so there will be an opportunity to meet often. It will also be easier for me to provide you with all the information you may need: from places and landscapes to visit, to cities in the area, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, beaches, museums, stations and much more. I am here to help you discover this wonderful area of Sicily! During your stay I remain available to guests throughout their stay for any needs or advice, if requested :) Other things to note It is part of a small complex of 3 villas, each with its own independent space. The other two villas also belong to my family. Casa Pot is perfect for families or couples and is located in a delightful and quiet district of the village of Altavilla Milicia.
