With views of the beautiful sandy beaches of Gulf Shores this updated beach cottage will not disappoint. Recently remodeled inside and outside. Beach access is just steps away and a wide porch overlooking the gulf awaits you. This is a cozy cottage great for your need to unplug in a family oriented area and not many commercial businesses. Public beach access is 7-8 lots down either way from the house and they are usually not crowded. The space Guests will have the entire home which consists of 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a fully equipped kitchen. We provide the clean linens and towels. The master has a Queen bed and a twin Murphy bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. There are two sofas for your comfort. Streaming TV (Roku) is provided with a subscription to YouTubeTV for your basic channels and entertainment. Youtube tv provides local, news and some of the same channels you receive with basic cable packages. Wifi is provided as well. The very large covered porch on the house with gulf views is bar none the most peaceful place I have found on Earth! Comfy outdoor furniture is provided for your hours of relaxation there. There is an even larger uncovered side deck with several chaise lounges for you to “get your tan on”! Underneath the house you can park or grab a chair and enjoy the propane grill (although you may have to refill the tank. It is difficult for us to monitor levels. Lock the door on your way out. You may want to stock up on groceries before heading down Fort Morgan Rd (Hwy 181) the last grocery store for 19 miles is there. We have a local market but the selection is limited. Public Beach accesses approx 7-8 lots down either way (about a 5 min walk) and signs are posted. We have provided pet/ child gates and a beach type pet potty area to help give your pets a bit of freedom off leash. Neither are tall or strong. If you have a runner or jumper do not trust these. There are coyotes. They are not kind. My only pet rule is they break you fix. We all love our furry friends. Pets are always required to be on leash on the beach
