Sunny, Private Room with Separate Entrance

Located in the heart of Bushwick, you'll love this room because of it's large size, private entrance, and morning light. The room has a queen size bed, a nice wooden desk, and big closets. Your stay supports our cat rescue work in the neighborhood so we really appreciate your booking with us. We're close to the M, J, and L train lines that all get you into Manhattan in 20 minutes. The space The building is a pre-war, non-renovated, funky, imperfect space and you will be sharing the apartment with other airbnb guests. I am on site and always reachable but a very hands off host. This room has a white noise machine but New York City is loud and we are located on a lively intersection so please keep that in mind. I would say this place is best for independent, savvy travelers who want a real Brooklyn experience and all the grit and charm that comes with that. Guest access You'll have full use of the kitchen/living/dining room and bathroom. Feel free to use the fridge, spices/condiments, and cook all you like! Other things to note Our landlords have owned and lived in the building for 40 years and the entryway is filled with lots of their random stuff.
