Small detached house located next to that of the owners, on the national road 19 on the Paris-Basel axis, in a small friendly village. Shops are 3 km away with doctor, pharmacy, grocery, tobacco shop, gas station, electric car charging station and children's playground. THANK YOU. Kind regards, Angela The space The accommodation consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor with everything you need (fridge, stove, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and all the dishes and pots and pans), a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a quiet office, a sitting area with TV, a bathroom and all the necessary toiletries, and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe with hangers and a dresser. Outside, a terrace and garden furniture with barbecue to spend very good evenings with family or friends. In summer, you can enjoy the pool at set times (10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.), and adult bikes are available on site for a ride in the woods or on paths in our beautiful countryside. Small reminder for the pool: children must be accompanied by an adult while swimming, and long hair must be tied back. Thank you for your understanding. A parking space is also available inside the courtyard, closed by a gate for the safety of your cars, bikes or motorcycles. Other things to note The accommodation is located close to 3 cities rich to discover. Besançon is a 1-hour drive away, with its old town, ramparts, citadel and zoo and many museums. Langres is 45 minutes away. The visit to the walled city will surely seduce you. Finally, Dijon is 1 hour 15 minutes away. Discover its historic center, the Palace of the Dukes, and enjoy its many exhibitions. Not to mention all the small local heritage nearby: Rupt-sur-Saône Castle and its 12th century keep, its 18th century Italian farm, its orangery, its hunting lodge, Bougey Castle and its amazing facade, La Rochelle Castle rebuilt on the base of the old fortified castle, and Ray-sur-Saône Castle and its magnificent park. Also discover all our local artisans, passionate and not stingy with explanations: Beer in Lavigney; Honey and wooden toys and its museum in Chauvirey; goat cheese and cheese vegetables; basketry in Fayl Billot which is the capital (of basketry); the baker who bakes his bread over a wood fire in the summer, and many others. Bike rides, mushrooms, pond fishing, rivers depending on the season, canal rides on barges, caving sites and not to mention our typical restaurants in the area.
