Small detached house located next to that of the owners, on the national road 19 on the Paris-Basel axis, in a small friendly village. Shops are 3 km away with doctor, pharmacy, grocery, tobacco shop, gas station, electric car charging station and children's playground. THANK YOU. Kind regards, Angela The space The accommodation consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor with everything you need (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and all the dishes and pots), a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a quiet office, a living area with TV, a bathroom and all the toiletries you need, and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe with hangers and a dresser. Outside, there is a terrace and garden furniture with a barbecue for spending great evenings with family or friends. In summer, you can enjoy the pool at set times. The pool is open from June 15 to September 30 for rentals of a minimum of two days and is reserved only for tenants. Please understand that this is a private pool (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM). Adult bikes are available on site for a ride in the woods or on the paths of our beautiful countryside. A quick reminder for the pool: children must be accompanied by an adult while swimming, and long hair must be tied back. Thank you for your understanding. A parking space is also available inside the courtyard closed by a gate for the safety of your cars , bikes or motorcycles. Besançon is a 1 hour drive away, with its old town, ramparts, citadel and zoo and many museums. Langres 45 minutes. The walled city tour will seduce you for sure. Finally, Dijon is 1h15. Discover its historic center, the Dukes' Palace, and enjoy its many exhibitions. Not to mention all the local local heritage: Château de Rupt sur Saône and its 12th century dungeon, its 18th century Italian farm, its orangery, its hunting lodge, the Château de Bougey and its amazing facade, the Château de La Rochelle rebuilt on the basis of the former castle, and the Château de Ray sur Saône and its beautiful park. To discover also all our local artisans, passionate and not avaricious of explanations: Beer in Lavigney; Honey and wooden toys and its museum in Chauvirey; goat cheese and cheese vegetables; the basketry in Fayl Billot which is its capital (from basketry); the baker who bakes his bread over a wood fire in the summer, and many others. Bicycle rides, mushrooms, pond fishing, rivers depending on the season, canals on houseboards, speleological sites and not to mention our typical restaurants of the region.
