Viewy West Side Garden Apartment

This basement level suite is a clean, new-built space with lots of natural light, privacy and views of our urban homestead and the mountains beyond. It is the perfect spot from which to explore Asheville and the surrounding area. Located just 2 miles from downtown, it is an easy walk to the French Broad River as well as the many restaurants and shops of West Asheville. This space is great for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space There is a private bedroom with a queen size bed and one full bath. The space has a large living space with a TV and lots of games and books. There is a small table for sipping coffee in the morning or to use as a work station. For visitors with children, there are loads of board games and books that can be enjoyed during your stay as well as a collection of toys that can be pulled from the bedroom closet. The private bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two twin sized IKEA bed mats that can be made up on the floor in the living space for sleeping 4 people total. All sheets, blankets and towels are provided. Guest access Guests are welcome to ample, free street parking. The basement suite is on a separate level than our living space, is easy to access and has a private entrance. Guests are welcome to use the backyard for daytime lounging, exploring the gardens, and playing in the big yard (especially nice for children). Other things to note We are a busy, active family. On weekdays, typical getting-ready-for-school/work noises will occur, but we leave a quiet house behind and are most often gone for the bulk of the day. On weekends we typically sleep later and are busy with sports and adventures throughout the days.
