Our love for hospitality led us to create a cozy, traditional guesthouse! In the heart of the historical center of Ioannina, a stone's throw from the lake, the castle and the picturesque alleys, we offer comfy rooms with comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. Our favourite spot, the inner courtyard, for moments of relaxation in an atmospheric environment! Our goal is for our guests to feel like locals, enjoying the atmosphere of the city!! Soft ochre and beige tones create a sense of calm, while the wooden ceiling and pistachio green frames give the room character and authenticity. Natural lighting enhances the earthy tones of the room, providing an environment perfect for relaxation, whether you are travelling for leisure or business. The room has two twin iron beds, with comfortable mattresses and pillows for a restful sleep. It is ideal for friends or colleagues who want a comfortable and welcoming space. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are provided, as well as towels, bed linen, shampoo and shower gel for your maximum comfort. In addition, you will find a hairdryer and a clothes iron in the room, so you will have everything you need during your stay. One of the most favorite parts of our guesthouse is the inner courtyard, a peaceful space where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Our privileged location in the historical center of Ioannina allows you to explore the lake, the castle and the picturesque alleys on foot, but also to taste the local gastronomy in the traditional tsipouradika and restaurants of the city. Other things to note Αbout our location : -The bus station is a 15-minute walk from our guesthouse. - Within a 2-3 minute walk you will find 2 SuperMarkets. - The lake square "Mavili square" is 500 meters from our guesthouse. There you can enjoy your walk on the paved road next to the lake or make a stop by choosing one of the cafes with delicious breakfasts or one of the bars in the area. - The point where the boats leave for the inhabited island of Lake Pamvotis is less than 10 minutes walk from our guesthouse. It is very close to Mavili Square. - Within 1 to 5 minutes walk you will find bakeries, cafes, restaurants (either more traditional or more modern), bars, shops.
