Nice monthly single room 15 mins to BCN center

The nice apartment located in badalona,but only 16 mins to Sagrada Familia and 20 mins to center of BCN(Passeig de Gracia)by subway,it’s just beside metro L2:San Roc,6 mins to university of Pampeu Fabra Badalona,very suitable for international students or people who would like to stay in a peaceful room of Barcelona more than 30 days! There are market,library and hospital 5 mins away from the apartment and also not so far from the Beach,the bed size :105 x 190cm,very nice for 1 person! Other things to note We treat you as our flat mates,so everybody of us need keep cleaning and quiet of the apartment,each time after you use the kitchen and bathroom,you need clean it for another one to use.And you need take off rubbish one week each month just like we do!there are cleaning person come to do weekly cleaning in public zone,but each week you need clean your room yourself! Since we are not hotel,we are flat mates who will staying more than 31 days(also have some people will stay more than 6 months),so you need buy oil,toilet paper,shampoo,shower gel etc. Personal daily necessities yourself.Thank you for understanding!
