Description

This bright, clean, and cozy top floor duplex unit is situated close to I-5 with quick access to North Gate, UW, Greenlake, downtown Seattle and surrounding neighborhoods. Walking distance to wooded Northacres Park and great coffee and espresso. We offer dedicated private parking, wifi, AC, and use of laundry on request. More information about the space is below! The space Our home is nestled down a long driveway, making it very private and quiet but with easy access to the vibrant city. Guests will have one dedicated parking spot, but there is also a lot of street parking at the end of the driveway. The space has a small kitchen that is fully stocked for your cooking needs. We provide coffee and tea supplies, as well as cooking staples such as olive oil, butter, and spices. The bathroom is stocked with all the basics as well as shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and a few extras in case you forget something. We have a SmartTV that is hooked up to WiFi and guests can feel free to use their own Prime video/Hulu/Netflix accounts. The main living space has an AC unit, as the upper unit can get pretty toasty in the summer months! The laundry room is adjacent to the entrance and has a shared door to our space (we live in the lower unit). Fragrance/dye free detergent and dryer sheets are available to guests. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, and the living room has a pull-out queen size bed. Guest access Guests have a private entrance with stairs to the upper unit. From your private entrance you can access the shared laundry room adjacent to the front entrance. Our unit is private and off-limits to guests. The outdoor space is available on request and approval by us. We run an outdoor adventure company partially out of our garage and are frequently using the outdoor space for the business.
