Entrance Lobby, leading on to an open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room. Twin bedroom with two full size single beds. Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. King size bed in the Master Bedroom, Two full size singles in the twin room. A raised decked area overlooking the park, set against a woodland backdrop. A sunken jacuzzi hot tub, screened with frosted glass for added privacy. Garden furniture including a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. Guest access Level parking is available with step-free access to the front of the property. Access to the decking is via five winder steps. There is a small step over the uPVC threshold at both entrance doors. Once inside, the accommodation is level throughout. The en-suite bathroom includes a low-threshold shower tray. Non-allergenic bedding is provided. All televisions are equipped with subtitle options. Other things to note 1. No Parties or groups 2. No Pets 3. No Smoking in Accommodation 4. No Visiting/Extra Guest over accommodation capacity 5. No Hot tub after 10.30pm Please be considerate of our guest and neighbours Please note: During the 2026 season, construction work is taking place nearby. The main groundworks phase has now been completed, any remaining work is limted to weekday daytime hours. We are working closely with the contractor to help minimise noise.
