Our attic apartment with 65 m² is located in the south of Villach. The apartment is on the third floor and has two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and bathroom/WC. Within 20-30 minutes you will find swimming, hiking and adventure opportunities. The space Our little holiday house with three apartments is 100 years old and has been lovingly restored in recent years by us. Since my husband and I live in Vienna, we want to make our home to other nice people available. The house is directly located on Kärntner Straße with three apartments, private parking and a small garden with dining table. The apartment has a central entrance hall, a large living room with adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200 and 160x200) and a bathroom with toilet. In the stairwell is still an extra toilet available. The bedrooms are equipped with cabinets, double beds are of high quality and new. The kitchen is fully and modern furnished (hob, oven, warming drawer, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and coffee cups, coffee machine etc) - all at your disposal! Crib with additional mattress, pillow and duvet as well as covers. Extra charge for children’s equipment is 30,- Euro per stay for children under two years. Children more than two years have the same price as adults, but there is no extra charge for the equipment.
