Beautiful 120 sqm rooftop place (5th floor) overlooking a charming tree-filled park (Helmholtzplatz) in the heart of trendy Berlin downtown neighbourhood Prenzlauer Berg. One big living room and dining room combined, large balcony with panorama view of Berlin, open kitchen and two bedrooms (plus sleeper couch in living room). We're renting out our place for at least six months, and for a maximum time of two years. The space The neighbourhood is quiet, our place is bright and has a sun terrace from which you have a very nice view of the park in front of the house and of the city skyline.
