"Hus Utspann" - Experience a wonderful time!

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by. IMPORTANT: There is a spa tax! (see below) The space Spa tax: I am obliged to withhold and pay the spa tax of the municipality of Büsum for every guest aged 16 and over. This amounts to €4.00 (04/01-10/31, 12/25-01/07) or €2.80 (11/01-12/24, 01/08-03/31) per day of stay. Children are free of charge. These costs are to be paid extra so that each host family or travel group only pays the costs incurred for themselves. A blanket solution is unfair in case of doubt due to my colorful guest structure and would make the accommodation unnecessarily more expensive. The guest cards will be sent to you digitally by email upon arrival or will be ready for you upon arrival. I would like to point out separately that these fees are not covered by AirBnB's regulations. Thanks to my service, your vacation can start immediately, because I take the trip to the tourist information office off your hands! The guest card offers various discounts such as the ride on the bathing train, access to the beach or the free use of the children's and youth area in Watt'n Hus. The house is about 1 km from the beginning of the Büsum pedestrian zone. The dyke crossing no. 12 to the family lagoon "Perlebucht" (sandy beach, independent of the tide) is about 1.5 km away. The Watt' n Insel itself is about 2 km from the property or about 500 m from the beach crossing 12. The Bäderbahn stop is only a few hundred meters from the house and offers good opportunities to reach the town center and the family lagoon for free or to return from there. I do not charge any fees for a final cleaning. That is why I would like the house to be handed over swept clean. A linen package is already included in the cost (made beds, towels, bath towels and kitchen towels). The house offers relaxation across the board. The bright fitted kitchen has a stove, oven and fridge, as well as a dishwasher and microwave. The large living-dining area invites you to eat, play or chat together at any time of the year. The terrace is sheltered from the wind and the sun is there until the evening. Barbecuing with the provided gas grill is wonderful there! Small guests are also very welcome. A high chair, crib, etc. can be provided free of charge by arrangement. Board games and some toys are also available for the little ones. Guest access The vacation home may be fully occupied. In addition to the house, there is a bicycle shed. We provide our guests with bicycles free of charge. A foldable cart can also be provided upon request! Other things to note Büsum is a small resort on the North Sea. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Schleswig-Holstein. The sandy beach "Perlebucht" is independent of the tides. Here the little ones can always dig and the adults can enjoy the time in the beach chair in the summer season or treat themselves to a coffee from the snack bar. The green beach at the end of Alleestraße is also a great place. Many events take place in the summer at the main grandstand there. The harbor is worth seeing. For example, tours to Heligoland or coastal tours start from here. A fishing trip is especially fun. Büsum offers various shopping opportunities such as Edeka, Lidl, Aldi. There are also various small shops on Alleestraße, where everyone can find a nice souvenir. The "Phänomania" hands-on exhibition invites you to visit in real North Sea weather, as does the aquarium at the harbor. The "Watt'n Hus" (guest information center) is recommended. There is a small, fine cinema and a small indoor playground. The latter is included in the fees of the guest cards and thus free for my guests. There is also a youth area and the Mini-Maxi-Club, which offers a varied program as part of childcare. The adjacent swimming pool "Meerzeit" is open daily and invites you to swim in the North Sea water or to take a sauna. Büsum can be easily conquered on foot. You can also quickly reach the village and many places on the west coast by bike. A special experience for all ages is the ride on the "Krabbenexpress" bathing train. There are many great events in Büsum throughout the year. Here you can find out very well on the website of Büsum. Many of the concerts etc. are free of charge.
