This apartment has completely been renewed except the bath-room (nearly vintage) and all furniture as well as the kitchen is new. Kitchen is fully equipped, coffee machine, washing machine as well, very big balcony where it is great to stay. Guest access You can choose between a shower room where you can leave all your personal affairs or the bath-room. The common place with american kitchen, living-room and dining-room is at your disposal under the condition that you leave it clean. But feel at home ! For longer stay a basic cleaning (1 - 2 hours) is included in the price. You can also use the huge balcony to smoke and to spend time.
