A comfortable and cosy Victorian end-terraced house on a quiet road near the centre of town a short walk from the bus and train station. Upstairs there are 2 good size bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs there is a living room and sunny kitchen diner with a sash window facing south into a courtyard garden. Access to the walled garden is through a secure locked gate which is shared with 4 neighbouring properties. It has room to keep your bicycles and a paddleboard. The space Our little town house is a great base to explore the area without using the car. The sandy beaches are just a short distance away and we like to use the cycle routes which follow the banks of the Exe estuary through the pretty waterside towns of Lympstone and Topsham to Exeter. You can continue to Starcross and return by ferry during the summer months.
