THE VILLAGE HAS A SUPERMARKET, BUTCHER, BAKERY AND SEVERAL BARS. The space The indoor pool is covered but not heated. It is open from 15 May to 1 October. The water temperature can fluctuate between 20 and 32 degrees during the swimming period, depending on the month and the outside temperature (normally it never drops below 20 and does not exceed 32). (Several hammocks and umbrellas available). Outdoor shower next to the pool. Wood-burning fireplace, WHICH CANNOT BE USED BY GUESTS. IT IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF HOSTS. Children's swings. Tennis court Trampoline (for children up to 10 years old). 1 basketball hoop. Table for playing table tennis. Large garden for playing (very spacious outdoor area). Outdoor barbecue. Terrace and porch for sunbathing(overlooking the mountain range and Mt. Ioar). Guest access IMPORTANT NOTE. THE HOUSE IS OFFICIALLY FOR 8 PEOPLE, BUT OF ITS FIVE DOUBLE BEDROOMS, TWO (have 2 double beds each and the other 3 have one double bed each) THEREFORE THE SLEEPING CAPACITY IS 12 PEOPLE) VERY IMPORTANT: ONLY MORE THAN EIGHT PEOPLE WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER SPEAKING DIRECTLY WITH THE HOSTS AND AGREEING ON THE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE WHO WANT TO COME. IMPORTANT: THE TWO BATHROOMS ARE LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE HOUSE. The living room of the house is very spacious. Important note about pets: PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. (EXCEPT FOR VERY SPECIAL CASES AND AFTER CONSULTATION BEFORE BOOKING). Other things to note During the months of June, July, August, and September, guests may have some contact with the owners for possible inquiries about the house (swimming pool, garden, orchard, and sports area).
