Located in Limans, at the gates of the Luberon, family house in the heart of the village with garden. Close to hiking trails, the country bistro and the bakery open twice a week. 10 min from the very pleasant and dynamic small town of Forcalquier (festivals, shops, organic and local products, typical markets and entertainment). 1 hour 15 minutes from the magnificent Verdon Nature Park, 1 hour 30 minutes from Marseille and 1 hour from Aix. Swimming areas and many activities to do with the family. The space Our simple, pleasant house, renovated with the charm of the old on several floors is located in the heart of the pretty little village of Limans and seems ideal for holidays with family or friends wanting to enjoy the pleasures of Provence. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms come with a double bed, the third one comes with a 90 cm bed, the open room (which can be used as a bedroom with extra mattresses if needed). Bedroom mattresses and pillows are equipped with protective covers. If you need extra bedding (sheets and covers) see the large wooden sideboard in the downstairs bedroom. A baby cot is available on-site upon request. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and two sinks. The house has two separate toilets. Bathroom linen is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a kitchen piano (electric oven and gas hob), a dishwasher, a Bodum coffee maker, a percolator, a kettle, a juicer and everything you need to cook. Guests can take advantage of our vinyl turntable and library. Games and books for children will be available to you. The house has two exteriors: a very small terrace on the kitchen side overlooking a pretty stone courtyard, accessible by stairs, where you can have lunch in the shade of an arbor. In the evening you can dine under a small guinguette-style garland. A barbecue will be at your disposal. On the other side of the house is a "small parish garden" of 200 m². You will find a hammock, raspberry bushes, strawberry bushes, a table (which has seen some use but still does the job) and a ping-pong table. A very small street is to be crossed to access it. Guest access The attic and cellars will not be accessible. Other things to note The cat of the house, Chatouille, will also be there to welcome you and will be delighted to have some petting and some kibble!
