Hi. The GRENACHE cottage of Château du Lac Laurent Parnaud in SIGEAN. The gite can accommodate 5 people, it has a reversible air conditioner, you will enjoy a very nice exterior in front of the gite. Option to park the car in front of the gite. Fenced. Beautiful walks can be taken on foot around the estate, and you will be 15 km from PORT LA NOUVELLE to enjoy the sea. Guest access Access to the private cellar (tasting cellar) and the works of the Château du Lac ruins by appointment. Access on foot or by bike to the Presqu'île des Oulous by a 2.7 km path that takes you to a corner of Paradise (our salt marsh with which we produce pots of salt is right there). Access on foot or by bike to Port Mahon, a sublime nautical base, by a small path marked by us. (between 30 and 45 min by bike approximately). Other things to note The gite is located 900 meters from the Sigean African Reserve!!! You can observe while walking around the cottage some species such as zebras, wildebeests, ostriches...
