The apartment is located in the historical part of St.Petersburg, 7 minutes walk to "Vasileostrovskaya" metro station, 25 minutes walk to the Hermitage. There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery shops around, and popular art spaces + places of interest. It's a very cozy typical St.Petersburg apartment that we have decorated with love and creativity. You'll get a unique sunset every evening. Apartment is perfect for families, couples, solo and business travelers. The space There are two double sleepers - a king size bed and a fold-out couch. You will find everything you need: unlimited wi-fi, home supplies, dishes and utensils, washing machine, microwave, multi-cooker, TV and other household appliances. Guest access It is a separate apartment, we live next door and the main entrance is common for the two apartments; washing machine is also located in the common space. Other things to note No smoking: Dear guests, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and on the stairs. You can go down to the courtyard or outside to smoke. There is a fine for smoking in the apartment. Thank you very much for your understanding. Price: a small surcharge is introduced for the fourth person. However, if the fourth person is a child under 12 years old, the price does not increase.
