Enjoy the terrace, the sun and the view of Puy de Wolf. Gite a Firmi offers several accommodations in a building located in the heart of the village of Firmi. This accommodation is a 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of the building. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Composed of a bedroom with a 140 cm/200 cm bunk bed plus a 90 cm/200 cm bed, kitchen open to the dining room, living room with a 140 cm/190 cm bed. Motorcycles have access to the garage of the house on request, church parking nearby. The space The apartment is located on the first floor, access is via stairs. Entrance to dining room, with open kitchen. Bedroom with double and single bunk beds, bedding and dressing room are available. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. Living room with connected TV, Wi-Fi internet, library and 3-seater sofa and sleeping area with double bed. Finally, you have a private 30 m2 terrace. Equipment: wifi internet, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and microwave plus the minimum of utensils and cutlery to be able to cook. Use of the washing machine upon request. Guest access Communication Reservations are nominative, If you book for other people (workers for example), it is imperative that you send us the name and phone number of a person occupying the premises who will be responsible for communication. - 10 minutes from Cransac les Thermes and Decazeville. - In the middle of the GR62B, Conques/Toulouses, 17 km from Conques. - Close to the GR65 passing 3 km north of Firmi towards Decazeville, - on the D840 between Figeac and Rodes - 30 minutes from Conques or Bescastel, for many visits to historical and religious monuments! - Free public parking 100 m away for cars, trucks and caravans (church parking) - Motorcycles have access to the building's garage on request, and the church's public parking lot is just above the building. - We welcome you upon arrival but we can arrange a self check-in for late arrivals (secure lockbox). - The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because there are several steps to access it. Other things to note - Security Surveillance camera system in common areas - No Smoking It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape inside the accommodations (even through the window) and in the hallway, ashtrays (glass pots) are at your disposal outside. - Garbage cans Black and/or yellow garbage cans can be found in the parking lot of the church. - Linens and towels Please leave the bedding and towels in their usual place or place them in the bathroom basket. Washing machine, iron and ironing board available on request. - Cleaning Cleaning includes the change of bed linen and towels, as well as the broom and mop, this means that you must still respect the original condition of the accommodation and make it in a suitable condition and take out the garbage cans before your departure. You can find the cleaning products under the kitchen sink and/or in the bathroom.
